Machine STvega Garlic Peeler H50 is designed for cleaning garlic cloves from the husk using compressed air. The machine effectively cleans garlic cloves from the husk without damaging their surface.

Principle of operation:
Cloves ofgarlic fall into the loading hopper of the machine for further removal of husks in the working cleaning chamber. During cleaning, compressed air is used as a source of driving force, which creates a strong air flow in the working chamber of garlic cleaning. The "drying" function allows you to dry the product for more effective cleaning. The removal of the husk is carried out automatically into a pre-installed container using a pipeline. Peeled garlic enters the container in the lower part of the cleaning machine.

Note: the machine requires a compressor, which is purchased separately.
Requirements for the compressor: power – 7.5 kW, air consumption – 1.05 m³/min, pressure – 8-9 kg/cm².
