Principle of operation:
The operator exposes the product vertically lengthwise by placing it on the lower holder and fixes it from above by pressing a special handle with the upper holder. Next, depending on the position of the peeler knife, start the machine by pressing the yellow "Down" button, if the peeler knife is at the top, or the green "Up" button, if the peeler knife is at the bottom. The product begins to rotate around its axis. The peeler knife on the spring is pressed against the product and smoothly goes down or rises up, removing the outer layer of skin from the product. After cleaning, the operator stops the machine by pressing the red "Stop" button and releases the product from the locking mechanisms.
