The STvega Meat Dicer Н500 TR meat dicing machine is designed for slicing poultry (chicken, duck),rabbit,pork, beef, frozen or cooked meat, frozen fish, can cut chicken thighs and small bones. The recommended temperature for slicing the product is up to -12 °C.

Working principle:
The product intended for slicing is placed on a conveyor belt, along which it is fed to the slicing area. The product moves along the conveyor belt to the cutting knife, is captured by the chain feed mechanism in front of the knife and is cut according to the selected parameters: the size of the knife and the speed of the conveyor belt. The knife works on the principle of a guillotine, and also has the shape of the letters "YYYYYYYY", which allows you to cut meat into cubes. The size of the cut varies from 1 to 5 cm. Next, the cut product goes on the conveyor into a container for finished products or to the next stage of processing.
