The principle of operation:
The operator manually feeds the raw material to two parallel conveyor tapes, through which the product enters the slicing area. On top of the product is fixed by the clamping mechanism, located on it the conveyor tapes facilitate the movement of the product through cutting knives. Horizontal cutting knives cut the meat into slices from 2 to 50 mm thick.
