Bacteroncid gel is a biological rodenticide, which is an effective tool in the fight against rodents (rats, mice, voles, gerbils, gophers) that live in crops, pastures, forest strips, skirts,greenhouses; which contains live cells of the bacterium Salmonella enteritidis var. Issatschenko (bacterium Isachenko), which causes the pathogenesis of typhoid fever, anticoagulant.

Preparation of bait - for 10 kg of ordinary or steamedgrains (preferably with an admixture of roasted sunflower seeds or oil fuzz) add 1 liter of Bacteroncid gel preparation:

 1 liter of bactericidal gel per 10 kg of bait.

Standards of application.

Depending on the density and species composition of rodents, the rate of introduction of ready-made bait per 1 ha is adjusted:

1-2 kg/ha - with a small amount of population or to prevent the spread of mice and voles on agricultural land;
2-4 kg/ha - in the case of mass distribution and the highest density of mice and voles on agricultural land;
3-5 kg/ha - when rodents spread on perennial grasses.

In warehouses

2-3 g/m2 is the rate of consumption of ready-made bait. Pre-pack the bait in paper bags and lay it out in the corners of the premises and in places of mass accumulation of mice, repeat the laying out of the bait after 3-5 days (depending on eating).

The effect of the drug is manifested:

for mice and voles - 5-7 days after application.
for rats and gophers - for 10-20 days.
