Rod sprayer trailed OPSH-3521 is used for chemical protection of field crops from pests, diseases and weeds by continuous spraying with working fluids and application of liquidmineral fertilizers. Various modifications of sprayers are produced. It is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4 ts.

The OPSH-3521 trailed sprayer consists of a chassis, a tank with two hydraulic stirrers and a level gauge, a diaphragm-pistonpump, a tank flushing system and communications, a boom, cardan transmission, suction and pressure communications with appropriate filters, control and regulating valves. Polymer tank, cast construction with a volume of 3500 l. A T-shaped single-beam frame with a platform convenient for maintenance. The hinged towing device excludes the possibility of damage to the cardan transmission. The rod suspension is of a modern progressive design, designed for high dynamic loads, which makes it possible to install a rod with a grip width of 21 or 24 m. The full hydraulic drive of the rod allows you to adjust the height of the lift, transfers the rod from the transport position to the working position and vice versa. The pendulum rod mechanism with the correction mechanism provides copying of the field relief. The sprayer is equipped with a hose for self-refueling, a pneumatic brake system and a light signaling system. Upon request, the sprayer can be supplemented with: a navigation system, a mixer-mixer for the preparation of working solutions, a system for blowing and cleaning the sprayers, a modular LED backlight for the sprayers, multi-position spray heads, injector sprayers for work in winds up to 6 m / s, devices for applying KAS.
