Connect® - Insecticide of contact and systemic action
Active substance: imidacloprid, 100 g/l, beta-cyfluthrin, 12.5 g/l
Preparative form: suspension concentrate
Manufacturer: Bayer
Container: 5 liters, the price is for 1 liter. 150
Переваги:
The combination of two active substances with fundamentally different mechanisms of action prevents resistance.
Compatibility of contact and system effect.
Fast "knockdown effect" combined with long-term protection.
Manifestation of a certain anti-stress action.
Favorable toxicological characteristics.
Registered for aviation use.
Mechanism of action:
Both active substances disrupt the normal formation and passage of nerve impulses, but by acting on different processes. Therefore, in addition to the reliable effect that causes convulsions and quick death in insects, Connect® prevents the emergence of resistance in pests.
The drug acts both during direct contact with pests - contact action, and by eating plants treated by them (including sucking plant juice by sucking pests) - intestinal systemic action.
Additional stimulating effect - thanks to the presence of imidacloprid in the preparation, which is transformed in the plant into a natural antidepressant - chloronicotinic acid, treated plants receive certain additional anti-stress protection against drought, overmoistening and other adverse conditions.
Properties:
Connect® 112.5 SC, KS is a drug that contains the active substance imidacloprid from the chemical class of chlornicotinyls with a systemic mechanism of action and beta-cyfluthrin from the chemical class of pyrethroids with a contact-intestinal mechanism of action.
Protection of grain crops is often complicated by weather conditions (high temperatures) and secret way of life of some pests. This makes the use of pyrethroid contact preparations insufficiently effective and forces to make tank mixtures with systemic preparations.
Konnect® eliminates the need to prepare tank mixture, as it contains both contact and system components. The presence of beta-cyfluthrin guarantees a strong "knockdown effect". Systemic imidacloprid provides a long period of protective action.
