Connect® is a drug that contains the active substance Imidacloprid from the chemical class of chlornicotinyls with a systemic mechanism of action and Beta-cyfluthrin from the chemical class of pyrethroids with a contact-intestinal mechanism of action.
Protection of grain crops is often complicated by weather conditions (high temperatures) and the stealthy lifestyle of some pests. This makes the use of pyrethroid contact preparations insufficiently effective and forces to make tank mixtures with systemic preparations.
