The vertical packaging machine with an electronic weighing dispenser is equipped with a forced screw feeding of the product, and a receiving vibrating table with height adjustment and vibration adjustment is also installed on the packaging machine upon request. The "Diskret 46" electronic weight dispenser control unit offers the machine operator 16 weighing programs, while the operator himself can set the required weight in each program. For example:
Program 1. - weight 100 g;

Program 16. - weight 1000 gr. etc.
The dynamics of the product supply through the dispenser can also be changed.
The accuracy of feeding a unit weight dose corresponds to GOST for any product. In addition, the machine can be equipped with a loading (screw) device, which, together with the product supply controller installed in the receiving hopper of the packaging machine, allows the equipment to operate in uninterrupted mode. We also offer conveying conveyor systems for filling packages and further conveyors for finished products with subsequent group packaging of goods in shrink film.
All working parts of the machine that come into contact with the packaged product are made only of certified food-grade stainless steel. Only high-quality car coatings are used. A frequency converter is installed on this equipment.
Productivity per single dose is equal to (250g) no more than 12 doses per minute.
