The product packaging line in polymer bags with liquid dosing (liquid, viscous or gel-like product) is used in food enterprises, farms, fruit and vegetable bases, at agricultural production processing plants.
The line consists of a receiving work table, a liquid dispenser, a weighing platform, a unit for sealing polymer bags, and a thermal dater.
The dispenser for liquid and pasty products refers to semi-automatic packaging equipment for filling (packing and dosing) products of a liquid consistency into a consumer package. A sealing unit is installed on this table, which is intended for sealing polymer packages, creating a European seam, and when sealing each package, a date is placed on the seam of the package. Dosing of the product (liquid or gel-like product) can be carried out both by volume, which is regulated on the liquid dispenser itself, and by weight on the tensometric platform in the table. The device of the liquid dispenser excludes the occurrence of drops and leaks on the dispensing nozzle.
The principle of operation: the operator takes a bag (with or without an inserted product) from the left edge of the table, places it under the pouring nozzle (centered above the table), to dispense a dose of liquid, the operator presses the button installed on the front panel of the equipment with his hand, and then presses the electric pedal with his foot. The package is sealed and the date is inserted at the same time, then the package is handed over to the reception desk for the finished product.
Packaging of the product is possible in any other consumer containers that do not require sealing.
