Filter for adblue (urea, urea) F00611D00 PIUSI Italy

PIUSI filter for AdBlue (urea, urea), three-dimensional.

It is used in AdBlue dispensing systems PIUSI THREE25, F00204060 PIUSIBOX and other devices.

The main cause of liquid contamination occurs during the filling and transfer process. AdBlue 3D Filter prevents possible contamination and, in turn, allows you to increase the service life of the catalyst due to the use of highly efficient (β 200) mechanical filtration, consisting of an incremental technopolymer specially developed for Ad-Blue 3D Filter. During all dosing operations, AdBlue can become contaminated or crystallize. Therefore, it is important to use a high-performance filter that can filter and remove all particles in the liquid.

PIUSI FILTER 3D is an innovative filter specially designed for AdBlue, with a removable polypropylene cartridge, with 3 successive stages, a filtration efficiency of ℬ 200 microns, which allows you to filter all impurities in the liquid and preserve the SCR system of cars and trucks.

Advantages of the 3D filter

AdBlue is a mixture of water and urea, which, after being injected into the catalytic converter of cars or trucks, reduces NOX emissions. Therefore, it is extremely important that the AdBlue introduced into the catalyst is as pure as possible:

firstly, to guarantee a longer service life of the catalyst and preserve the health of the car ;
in addition to guaranteeing maximum functionality.
We recommend replacing the filter once a year or as needed.
