The equipment for blanching walnuts (hazelnuts,peanuts, almonds and the like) consists of several devices that, in a complex, allow to achieve an optimal result in cleaning the kernel from the film, husk, fine-fiber shell that tightly covers the kernel of the walnut.
The blanching equipment is designed to work with nuts of different shapes: round, oblong, flattened and large or small product fraction.
The line is designed taking into account the fact that recentlyhazelnuts have been planted in Ukrainian fields, the core of which is tightly enveloped by a thick, fine-fiber skin, and such a skin cannot be removed with a simple peeling machine.
In our complex, a temperature method of removing the fine-fiber skin is used, but at the same time, the nut is not subjected to deep heat treatment and does not lose its properties and shape, it remains fresh and suitable for further use.
The equipment can be placed in any arrangement convenient for work.
