- The first set of hazelnut processing equipment, which has a round and oblong shape, the "bear" variety. The set of equipment includes: drum-type calibrator "kb-300" with specified sizes of fractions; machine "mkf-4V" for splitting hazelnuts, ejected with aspiration "vs-05-120" for separating the shell from the core.
-The second set of equipment for processinghazelnuts is oriented mainly for roundhazelnuts
The set includes :
. Calibrating machine for dividing hazelnuts into specified fractions;
. A machine for splitting mostly round varieties of hazelnuts, which splits the shell and separates the hazelnut kernel from it;
. Thrown out with three aspiration columns for the best shell selection and optimal separation of the clean core into different fractions;
Associated equipment for hazelnut processing:
-Drying-roasting ovens of the screw pass-through type with vibrating feeder;(//tractor-service.com)
- Cooler after thermal processing of hazelnuts, with the function of removing dust, impurities and small debris;
-A machine for removing the brown skin from the hazelnut kernel;
- Crushing and cutting machine with fraction adjustment, 2 mm and more;
- Food mixers for mixing hazelnut kernels with ingredients, additives and syrups;
-Dragirators;
-Automatic line for packing hazelnuts in polymer bags;
-Vacuum packing machines of chambered and chamberless type for packing 5kg-10kg-15kg hazelnuts in vacuum in vacuum bags.
We import customs for export and deliver the equipment to the Customer, start-up and adjustment.
