Pech podovaya, Cherkasy region.

The stove of this model has a large safety margin, is suitable for long-term, intensive operation, and is also reliable and economical. The technological principle of heating "MONSUN" ensures the ideal quality of finished products (bread and bakery products), with a compact ratio of overall dimensions of the oven and a rather large baking area. Thanks to the reverse flow ("MONSUN" principle), heated air is intensively supplied to the baked product, excluding all "dead" heating zones, which allows to increase the density of the baked product, while reducing the consumption of electricity.
