The rotary oven of this model is designed for baking a wide range of bread,confectionery products and bread, at food industry enterprises, in confectionery shops and bakeries.
These ovens contain two main functions: convection air flow and rotation of the cart around its axis. The circulating electric fan produces a uniform blowing of hot air into the baking chamber through perfectly positioned air ducts and nozzles that are intended for additional flow regulation. The rotary platform ensures the rotation of the cart with products, resistant to jamming and skewing. Thanks to the combination of these two basic principles, the furnace has a high efficiency. The oven is controlled manually, located on the front panel. For maintenance and repair, all main components and mechanisms are located in easily accessible places. The oven is equipped with asteam generator with high productivity, for steaming the entire volume of the baking chamber with products.
