Semi-automatic vacuum packing machine of chamber type TEPRO RR 22 (Poland), Lviv region.

Packing machine "RR22" is a two-chamber device intended for packaging food and technical products. It is used in industrial enterprises: meat, poultry, dairy (packaging of hard cheeses andcottage cheese), bakery, processing of fish, vegetables and fruits, as well as for packaging of electronic microcircuits and pharmaceutical instruments.

The RR22 vacuum packer is the smallest two-chamber machine manufactured by TEPRO. Two packing places (cameras) allow to optimize the performance of the machine. During packing in one of the chambers, the second one can be loaded, which allows the machine to immediately perform the next cycle.

The packer is made of stainless steel, equipped with one cover equipped with two welding strips 490 mm long. The cover, fixed on 4 levers equipped with springs, is thrown back and forth between the cameras.

The machine is equipped with a microprocessor controller with digital vacuum measurement and memory for recording the named and parameters of 25 packaging processes. Each program allows you to edit all the main parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [%] gas [%], welding time [sec.] cutting time [sec.], etc.). During packing, the parameters are displayed in real time on the backlit LCD display.

Additional functions:

— Waiting time: allows you to automatically interrupt the pumping process if there are no changes in the pressure in the chamber during the specified period of time. This function is especially useful for packaging products with a high moisture content — it allows you to achieve an optimal vacuum, preventing unnecessary removal of moisture from the product.

— Vacuum pause: the function of introducing pauses during pumping, to ensure a finer and more complete removal of air from porous products and products containing air bubbles. Entered parameters are the amount of vacuum at which pumping is suspended and the pump pause time (the function is available to order).
