The equipment is supplied on the basis of a concluded contract, which clearly specifies the terms of delivery for a specific order. Drafting, coordination and conclusion of the contract takes place in accordance with the order scheme.

Delivery conditions

Delivery is mainly carried out in sea containers under the following Incoterms 2010 conditions:

- EXW plant. In this case, the customer's carrier undertakes delivery and customs/customs clearance;
- FOB port of China. In this case, the delivery is carried out by the customer's transporter; 100% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T) if the order value is less than USD5000 inclusive. An invoice is a contract. Upon request, it is possible to include information important to the customer in the invoice.
- CFR/CIF удобный порт;
- CPT удобный пункт назначения;
- DAP граница перехода.

Условия оплаты

Условия оплаты следующие:
1. 100% предоплата банковским переводом (Т/Т), если стоимость заказа менее USD5000 включительно. Контрактом является инвойс. По запросу возможно внести в инвойс важную для заказчика информацию.
2. If the order value exceeds USD5000, a 50% advance payment is made by bank transfer (T/T), and the remaining 50% is paid after shipping and providing copies of confirming shipping documents (usually this is a packing list, invoice, bill of lading). At the request of the customer, the contract can be drawn up separately from the invoice.


Delivery times

Production of the equipment takes 10-15 days or more (depending on the type of equipment and the number of units) from the moment of receiving the advance payment.

The delivery time of the equipment depends on the method of transportation.
For example, shipping a container by sea to Odessa, Novorossiysk takes 30-40 days, in St. Petersburg, Klaipeda - 35-40 days. The terms also depend on the selected container line.
For ground transportation, the terms depend on the specifics of the order and the load of the transport flow towards the final delivery point.
