The mechanism of action of Sinan fungicide:
Pyraclostrobin is a local systemic fungicide with translaminar properties, which acts by blocking the transport of electrons in the respiratory chain of mitochondria (in complex III).
Inhibiting this results in blocking the pathogen's ability to breathe and produce energy, as electron transfer within cells does not occur. This leads to violations of important biochemical processes in the organism of the pathogen, including a decrease in the level of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). As a result, spore germination and germ tube growth do not occur.
Pyraclostrobin does not move xylem and phloem, has protective and healing properties. Therefore, the highest efficiency is achieved with preventive spraying.

Difenoconazole is a systemic fungicide with protective and curative properties. It is absorbed by the leaves, characterized by movement inside the plant and a long-lasting protective effect.
Disrupts the dimethylation process during the synthesis of ergosterol. Ergosterol is necessary for the construction of cell walls of fungi, so blocking its production leads to the cessation of mycelial growth and the death of pathogens.

Recommendations for the use of Sinan:
The best result is provided if the drug is used prophylactically or in the early stages of disease development - before the appearance of visible symptoms.

Sinan, in addition to its high prophylactic effect, affects various stages in the development cycle of pathogens and exhibits therapeutic and antisporulation properties.
Preventive treatments are carried out at the beginning of the growing season, additional treatments are carried out to prevent the spread of diseases or at the appearance of their first signs with an interval between treatments of 21 days, depending on the degree of disease development and weather conditions.
With a high risk of disease development (rainy conditions, etc.), it is necessary to shorten the intervals between treatments to 14 days. Spraying should be carried out at an air temperature of +10 to +25 °C and at optimal air humidity.
Wind speed should not exceed 5 m/s. A fairly important factor in the high effectiveness of the drug is the uniform and high-quality coverage of the entire surface of cultivated plants without running off the working solution.
