UPT installation, intended for separation ofserum, pressing, as well as cooling of whey in cages at dairy enterprises.
The installation consists of a stainless (or black) frame made of a profile pipe, a tubular drum rotating from the drive, a casing, and a control panel. The circulation of the coolant is carried out in the tubular drum of the installation. Depending on the type of refrigerant, the tubular drum can be made of AISI304 or AISI316L stainless steel. A tub for collecting serum is installed under the drum. The drum cover is equipped with two hinged covers for convenient loading and unloading of bags. With the help of the control panel and the fixing device, the operator of the installation rotates the drum, as well as stops and fixes it in the desired position for comfortable loading and unloading of bags with cottage cheese.
