Choppers EVO COMFORT straws give the opportunity to grind rolls of hay, straw,silage. Perfectly cope with both round and rectangular bales. The producer's working time is significantly reduced thanks to the effective system of spreading the grated straw, and also improves the well-being of the animals by ensuring the uniform distribution of litter.

Agricultural machines are equipped with a hydraulically adjustable discharge conveyor, as well as a new type of gearbox, which increases the speed of the turbine rotor up to 620 revolutions per minute. In addition, as an option, it is possible to use a hitch with height and angle adjustment, which allows you to adapt and connect the agricultural machine to the tractor, depending on its equipment (upper or lower hook).

EVO COMFORT uses a hydroboard installed in the rear of the machine. With its help, the bale enters the shredding chamber. The lower part of the floor of the chamber is equipped with a chain-strip conveyor, which moves bales to a horizontal roller equipped with knives. Control of all elements of the machine, emission intensities is carried out with the help of a remote control from the cabtractor. The ejection mechanism is directed to the right or left side and thanks to its design, the operator can easily adjust the ejection level vertically or horizontally. This allows you to precisely adjust the distance and angle of the ejection.

EVO COMFORT CUT and EVO COMFORT CUT FIX straw choppers were developed on the basis of the reliable EVO COMFORT line.

The new models are equipped with an additional grinding system in the form of two (COMFORT CUT) or three (COMFORT CUT FIX) sets of counter knives. Each set consists of 6 or 7 knives. In addition, each of the 6 blades of the rotor has 5 or 6 knives, which ensures the cutting of the specified material into short pieces. The adjustable and rotary (rotation angle of 220°) ejection mechanism in the EVO COMFORT CUT model and the built-in right-hand ejection mechanism in the EVO COMFORT CUT FIX model allow you to throw the shredded material up to a distance of 15 meters.
