Shnekovy separator EYS
The EYS separator is intended for the separation of solid and liquid fractions of materials rich in fibrous inclusions, such as manure. Most often, the separator is used to dehydrate manure. Hundreds of installations around the world have been working with exceptional results for years, even in the most difficult conditions. The reliable design easily copes with all types of livestock manure, ensuring high productivity in terms of dry matter and a minimal amount of suspended substances in the filtrate.
Why EYS separator?
Today, there are several types of manure dehydration equipment, and the most effective of them is a screw manure separator. Static grates can remove a small amount of water from the manure due to the lack of pressure. Drum separators cannot provide sufficient moisture for dehydrated manure and are usually expensive to maintain and operate. EYS screw separators, on the one hand, produce a very dry cake with high productivity and an affordable price. Separators do not require the constant presence of service personnel and frequent service. Inexpensive to maintain. Separators are very easy to manage. Low power consumption.

The EYS company produces 5 models of screw separators: SP-400, SP-600, SP-800, SP-600 HD, SP-800.
Models SP-400, SP-600, SP-800 are used in standard situations for dewatering cow manure, pig manure and other materials. The moisture content of the dehydrated product is 65-75%, depending on the properties, composition and requirements. The SP-600 HD and SP-800 models have a reinforced construction, namely, a reinforced grid, a reinforced auger and a more powerful gear motor. These models are used in cases where a reduced humidity of the dehydrated product is required - beer grain, alcohol waste, waste from slaughterhouses, paper industry, in tandem with a system of accelerated composting, etc. The humidity of the dehydrated product is 45-60%, depending on the properties, composition and requirements.
