Dymosos overhead fireplace DY-3 (as well as overhead DY-2), in contrast to the DY-1 channel smoke extractor, is designed for quick installation on surfaces of brick chimneys.

The smoke extractor is adjustable, regulation within the limits of 10 to 100%. Installation of a smoke extractor:
- Clean the place of drilling/insertion on the chimney.
- Place the template on the selected section of the chimney, circle the place for drilling with a marker.
- Drill/cut a hole for installation according to the marker (size 100 mm for the inlet and 100 mm (at an angle) for the outlet). A perforator (drill) with a crown will be useful.
- Apply thermal sealant along the contour of the opening and platform of the smoke extractor.
- Place the smoke extractor in the opening, secure with screws (bolts) along the perimeter of the smoke extractor platform.(//tractor-service.com)
- Check the correct application of the sealant.
- Let the sealant dry (the drying time is specified by the sealant manufacturer).
- Connect to a 220 V network/ Connect to boiler automation.
