Description of the working process:

The material intended for crushing is picked up by the ejector and transported through a flexible pipeline to the crusher. Before getting into the rotor chamber, where grinding takes place, the material passes through a separator built into the crusher cover to remove mineral and metal particles. Grinding of the product is carried out by impact hammers installed on the axes of the rotating rotor. From the rotor chamber, passing through the holes of the replaceable sieves, the crushed product enters the vacuum chamber and the fan chamber, from where it is ejected by an air flow through a flexible pipe into a mixer or any other storage container equipped with an aspiration system.

+ Cyclone-Soothing BCR or Cyclone-Osaditel TSOL is placed on unloading.
