Growth regulator Asgard Ukravit
Asgard is an irreplaceable morphoregulator-fungicide for rapeseed, which prevents overgrowth, lodging of plants and improves overwintering.
Active ingredient: mepiquat chloride, 290 g/l + metconazole, 42 g/l
Mode of action: systemic
Preparative form: soluble concentrate
Packaging: 20l box, 4 canisters of 5l each, the price is per canister.
What are the advantages of Asgard growth regulator:
stimulates uniform formation of side shoots
optimizes the habit of plants and the development of a powerful root system
highly effective at low temperatures (from +5°С)
The mechanism of action of Asgard growth regulator:
Mepiquat chloride belongs to quaternary ammonium compounds and is a growth regulator. When it gets into the plant, it stops the synthesis of gibberellic acid, which is a regulator of plant growth and development. This leads to the shortening of the internode, the thickening of the root neck, and the increase in the length of the root.
Metconazole quickly penetrates the plant and is evenly distributed in the above-ground parts and acts both preventively and when signs of disease appear.
Recommendations for the use of Asgard drug
Spraying should be carried out at an air temperature of +8 to +25°C (minimum application temperature +5°C) and at optimal air humidity. Wind speed should not exceed 5 m/s. A fairly important factor in the high effectiveness of the drug is the uniform and high-quality coverage of the entire surface of cultivated plants without runoff of the working solution. The best period of application of growth regulator Asgard in the autumn period: phase 4-6 leaves of rapeseed (VVSN 14-16), in order to prevent overgrowth of plants and improve overwintering, prevention and control of diseases. For spring application: from the beginning of stemming phase to the middle phase of budding (VVSN 30-52), in order to develop the root system, increase branching, uniform flowering, form a stronger and shorter stem, and control diseases. During the early sowing period of winter rapeseed, separate autumn application (0.5 l/ha + 0.5 l/ha) is possible with an interval between treatments of 14-21 days. The use of Asgard growth regulator prevents premature and excessive overgrowth of the crop, while forming an optimal habit: a more powerful root system is formed, the root "neck" does not extend above the soil surface, and a larger amount of plastic substances accumulates for more optimal wintering.
The drug is compatible with other pesticides and agrochemicals. Before preparing the working mixtures, it is advisable to check the drugs for compatibility (absence of sediment, foam, delamination, beating of lumps, incomplete dissolution of one of the drugs, etc.).
