We do not use chemical reagents in the cleaning process! , only ozonated purified water and a special method of walnut processing are involved. After removing the skin, the nut is dried to a moisture content of 5% and undergoes additional ozone treatment.

Thus, the absence of thermal and chemical processing of nuts allows you to preserve all the useful properties of nuts, and ozonation - to remove pathogenic microorganisms. This nut can be used both as an independent dish and as an addition to cheeses, fruits, salads, and also used in confectionery.
