Main features:

The pressing part of the briquette press and its hydraulic drive are mounted on a supporting frame with elastic damper supports. The electrical cabinet is located on the frame and integrated into the press. The electrical wiring of the press is fully assembled, the cables are laid in protective trays. The press is ready for operation immediately after connecting to the power grid and the material supply system.

The press and the electro-automatic system in the standard version are designed and manufactured for operation at an ambient temperature of +5°C to +40°C.

Using the press outdoors requires additional options that protect the press from frost and other adverse weather conditions.

Before delivery from the factory, the press undergoes a 20-hour test run to identify possible defects using wood sawdust as a briquetting material.

With the exception of a small number of purchased components, all parts and units of the briquette press were designed and manufactured by RUF GmbH. Design, production and assembly are completely carried out at the factory in Zaisertshofen, Germany.

The pressure value for the pre-compression chamber is set by the operator from the ТР177В control panel, depending on the material.
The device for monitoring the length of the stroke of the cylinder rod, the information of which is used for automatic adjustment of the loading time of the material, is located outside the pre-compression chamber to protect against dust.

Horizontally located main hydraulic cylinder
The pressure value for the main cylinder (up to 300 bar) is also set by the operator from the ТР177В control panel, depending on the material.
Cylinder diameter - ø250 mm, max. pressure force of 150 tons (at 300 bar).
