Mini-tractor Lovol/Foton TE-244 (Foton-244) with cab, reverse and wide tires, Kyiv region.

When creating an all-wheel drivePhoton tractor-244 with a cab, reverse and widetyres priority attention was focused by the Lovol company on practicality and productivity, which is the basis of the technological development of the model. Having a limited overall height, the equipment is compact and has good maneuverability. The structural combination of a highly efficient transmission (with a protective cover in the cabin), a three-cylinder diesel engine KM385BT, as well as reliable equipment ensures mobility, versatility and ease of control of the tractor.

A gearbox with a reverse gear (the number of rear gears has been increased from 2 to 8) significantly improves maneuverability and facilitates control. The operational characteristics of the tractor are enhanced by the presence of a two-disc clutch (ensures PTO operation when the machine is stopped) and the ability to adjust the track of the front and rearwheels. Power steering with a reliably protected double-acting hydraulic cylinder.

The equipment of the tractor includes:

• rear axle differential lock;

• two-speed PTO;

• powerful hitch with a hydraulic lift;

• front loads;

• hydraulic output;(//tractor-service.com)

• separate brake pedals with parking function;

• front hitch device and rear pendulum type with height adjustment;

• mass switch-off handle;

• electric torch heater.

The front axle is swinging, gantry type, with a hinged connection, which provides improved traction characteristics and smooth movement on uneven surfaces, regardless of the position of the frame and rear wheels. Air filter of the inertia-oil type. The hood is easily raised with the help of a shock absorber. There is a hatch on the hood for access to the fuel tank filler neck. In order to avoid damage affecting the cooling effect of the radiator, a protective metal mesh is installed.

The main characteristic of the tractor is the presence of a modern cabin with a high level of comfort and visibility. The ventilation and heating system is mounted in the ceiling, has 5 nozzles. Electric windshield wiper - with a pantograph device, there is a rear windshield wiper.

The work area is equipped with handrails and a soft spring-loaded seat with a hydraulic shock absorber, which is adjustable according to weight and height. Hand throttle and control levers are ergonomically located. The brake and clutch pedals have stops that prevent the operator's feet from slipping during operation. The combined instrument panel is distinguished by the clarity of the image and the readability of information (on engine speed, number of hours of operation, remaining fuel, coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery charge) in various operating conditions. There are control lamps for low oil pressure, gauges, low and high beam, turn indicators and others. An emergency alarm system, protection against accidental start-up, a powerful sound signal are installed.

Headlights (equipped with high and low beam, dimensions and turning), spherical rear-view mirrors, front and rear working lights, two-section lights (with red and orange diffusers and red reflectors) functionally combine an additional safety factor for the operator and a practical modern design.
