Nopasaran® in the Clearfield® production system is a unique opportunity to control a wide range of weeds in crops rape with the help of post-emergence application of herbicide with flexible terms of application.
Characteristics of the herbicide Nopasaran®:
Active ingredients: metazachlor (375 g/l) + imazamox (25 g/l)
Preparative form: suspension concentrate (k.s.)
Distribution in the plant: systemic; penetrates both through the leaves and through the root system of weeds
The rate of consumption of working fluid: 200 - 350 l/ha.
Multiplicity of processing: once
Waiting period: not standardized
Packaging: in a box of 2 pcs x 10 l, the price is for 1 l.
The mechanism of action of the herbicide Nopasaran®:
The active substances of the herbicide for
rape penetrate into weeds both through shoots and leaves, and through the root system from the soil. Then they are transported through the phloem and xylem to the growth points (systemically), where they disrupt the synthesis of amino acids, causing the death of weeds. The effectiveness, duration and spectrum of action of the herbicide Nopasaran® are fully sufficient for the reliable protection of rapeseed crops from weeds throughout the growing season. The presence of two active substances of different chemical classes is a guarantee of weed control.

Regulations of application:
Culture - Rate of consumption of the drug l/ha - Objects - Method and time of treatments
* Wild rapeseed (hybrids resistant to Nopasaran® herbicide)
- the basic rate of Nopasaran®, which is recommended, 1.2 l/ha + METHOLATE 1.2 l/ha
on light soils and fields with a small number of weeds, it is possible to reduce the consumption rate to 1.0 l/ha + METOLAT 1.0 l/ha
- Annual cereal and dicotyledonous weeds
- Spraying seedlings in the phase of 1-3 pairs of true leaves of the culture (weeds at the initial stage of development - cotyledons in dicotyledons, 1-4 true leaves in cereals)

* Winter rapeseed (hybrids resistant to Nopasaran® herbicide)
- Nopasaran® 1.2 - 1.5 l/ha + Surfactant Metolate 1.2 - 1.5 l/ha
- Annual cereal and dicotyledonous weeds
- Spraying seedlings in the phase of 1-3 pairs of true leaves of the culture (weeds at the initial stage of development - cotyledons in dicotyledons, 1-4 true leaves in cereals)
Recommendations for the use of rapeseed herbicide Nopasaran®:
to determine the time of processing, it is better to be guided by the stages of weed development, and not rapeseed: Nopasaran® should be applied in the initial period of active weed growth
weeds should not outgrow phase 1 – 4 true leaves
with the specified phases of weed development, rapeseed is usually in the stages of two to six real leaves
use Nopasaran® herbicide only on Clearfield® brand rapeseed hybrids
Method of application:
Only by land. Aerial application is unregistered and not recommended. During treatments, avoid overlapping of application strips.
Consumption of working fluid:
200-350 liters per hectare.
Sprayer must be adjusted for even application
Tank mixes:
It is not advisable to use tank mixtures with other herbicides (a highly effective drug) and it is not recommended.
Resistance to being washed away by precipitation:
Resistant to being washed away by precipitation 1 hour after spraying.
