The variety was created at the All-Russian Research Institute ofcereals crops named after I.G. Kalinenka(//tractor-service.com)
General characteristics: A variety of ralidum. The type of development is alternative (two-handled). The ear is six-rowed, cylindrical, loose, straw-yellow in color, 5 cm long, the spikes are thin, elastic, jagged and equal in length to the ear. The grain is large, elongated. The pubescence of the main setae is short. The straw is strong. The variety is resistant to lodging, the height of the plants is 85-91 cm. An early ripening variety with a short period of vernalization. Formsfull grain also during early spring sowing.
Pokhojepnya variety: Taina (Ukraine) x Rostovskyi 908 (Russia). Productivity: Productivity potential was about 9 t/ha. For spring sowing, they are not inferior to the best spring varieties of barley. Resistance to diseases and adverse weather conditions: The variety is characterized by high frost and drought resistance. High-tech in cultivation. In field conditions, it is resistant to dwarf rust, powdery mildew and powdery mildew diseases. Commercial value: Stable and high yield in different soil and climatic conditions of Ukraine. Resistant to laying down. Drought resistance is very high.
