We offer to try our sudzhuk and other meat products of our own production. We make raw-dried and raw-smoked sausages and jerky from organic raw materials and natural spices andseasonings. We prepare sujuk according to old-Balkan traditional recipes, based on the peculiarities of Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian and Albanian cuisines.
