The type of development is winter. The bush is semi-erect, the plants are low. The flag leaf has a strong wax coating on the vagina and very weak or absent anthocyanin coloring of the ears. The straw is weakly filled with a strong wax coating on the upper internode and weak pubescence of the convex surface of the upper node. The ear is white or straw-yellow in color, cylindrical in shape, of medium density and length with a strong wax coating and existing spines. The lower spikelet scale: the shoulder is raised and of medium width, the tooth is slightly bent and of medium length, the pubescence of the inner surface is moderate, the outer surface is weak, oval-lanceolate. The grain is red in color, of medium length, width and size. The tongue is short, there is a keel on the lower flower scale, the ears are spike-shaped.

The height of the plants is 77–79 cm. The winter hardiness of the variety in freezing conditions is higher than average, in field conditions during the years of testing it was 8.8 points. Resistance of the variety to lodging is 8.8–9.0 points. Resistance to crumbling 8.0–9.0 points. Drought resistance 8.3–8.7 points. Over the years of testing, the variety was weakly affected by the main diseases and pests. Medium early, ripens in 283–288 days. The average yield over the years of testing in the Steppe zone is 64.0 t/ha, in the Forest Steppe zone – 65.9 t/ha. An increase to the national standard in the Steppes – 5.4 t/ha, Forest Steppes – 3.1 t/ha. Weight of 1000 grains 40.5–40.7 g. Flour and baking indicators of the variety are good.Grain contains 13.4–13.7% protein, 29.1–29.2% gluten, IDK– 75–80 o.p., flour strength – 296–367 e.a., volume of bread from 100 g of flour – 1030–1100 ml, general bakery rating 8.0–8.1 score.
