It is used in many branches of industry and agriculture: it is part of some powders and pyrotechnic compositions; in the glass industry for decolorization and clarification of crystal glasses, for strengthening of glass products; for the production of enamels, thermosols, coolants; metallurgy for hardening metals; is a valuable ballastlessfertilizer, containing two nutrients - potassium and nitrogen.
