Tractor dump truck 2PTS-6 trailer, Kyiv

Prytsepy 2PTS-6 are intended for use in communal and agricultural use and are used with tractors having traction class from 1.4 to 3. Used for transportation of bulk and artificial cargo weighing no more than 6.0 tons.

The sides of the trailer are made of a single sheet by the rolling method and covered with a two-component paint, which guarantees high strength, resistance to ultraviolet radiation, and also determines a long service life.

The trailer has three-way unloading (3 sides of the body open), equipped with all-metal extension sides (600 mm) and a swivel trolley. The locking device of the rotary trolley of semi-automatic action is intended for locking the trolley during straight-line movement of the trailer in reverse.

The following are installed on the trailer:

• single-wire pneumatic brake system of 2 axes;

• 14 plytyres 11.5/80-15-3;

• manual parking brake;

• FAD axles (Italy) with drum brakes;

• 9-leaf parabolic springs;

• telescopic hydraulic cylinder for lifting the body;

• awning with frame.

The drawbar suspension mechanism reliably holds it in the raised position, and also ensures the setting of the necessary height level when coupling a trailer with atractor.

The electrical equipment system (12V) includes rear lights that perform the functions of position lights, turn signals and brake signals.
