Potato planter 2-row S-239 (Poland) performs all operations related to planting potatoes in one work cycle: evenly plows the furrows, plants potatoes and mounds the ground, forming ridges.

There are two chain conveyors for torque transmission in the metal hopper fixed to the frame. The complete cycle of work is provided by the components of the unit:

•plows-furrows (for forming the depth of crop planting);(//tractor-service.com)

• discharge pipe and conveyor belt with the head of the planting device (for planting tubers in the furrow);

• hillers (for filling furrows).

Two wedge-shaped openers regulate the width of the rows and planting depth, and three arrow-shaped hillers with adjustable "wings" - the height of ridge formation. Changing the diameterrunning wheels changes the planting pitch of tubers. A properly developed system of all regulatory measures during crop planting is capable of increasing productivity.
