This herbicide belongs to the class of highly effective preparations due to its rapid absorption by weed leaves and the ability to accumulate the active substance in their above-ground and underground parts.
Thanks to these properties, the first signs of the pest's death can be observed within a few days, while not only the shoots are destroyed, but also the roots, which in turn makes it impossible to restore them with repeated shoots.

A very important feature of Targa Super is the rapid process of its decomposition in the soil, lasting 5-7 days.

Thus, the tool is absolutely safe for the future harvest, it does not even affect crop rotation. Targa® Super is one of the mildest herbicides for crops, safe for bees and other insects.

When used in a tank mixture with a number of similar chemicals, it does not increase their phytotoxicity.

Mechanism of action:
The active ingredient Targa® Super hizalofop-P-ethyl 50g/l belongs to the class of aryloxyphenoxypropionates.

It is absorbed by the leaves and moves along the plant basally and acropetally.
The mechanism of its work consists in the suppression of acetyl CoA carboxylase, which causes the stoppage of the biosynthesis of fatty acids with subsequent destruction of rhizome meristem tissues, accompanied by aging and death of the weed.

Targa® Super application:
It is best to apply the drug in sunny, quiet weather with moderate soil moisture.
Due to the rapid absorption of graminicides, the effectiveness of Targa Super does not decrease even after the onset of rain. The minimum consumption of the product (see the table) is possible if it is used during the period of active growth characterized by the presence of several leaves in annuals and reaching about 10 cm in height in perennial weeds.
In the first case, death is observed after 6-7 days, in the second - 14-21.
If this time is missed, it is recommended to increase the dosage of the drug.

The development phase of cultivated plants does not affect
herbicide application period for most crops.
The exception is:

Seedlings After landing, you need to wait 15-20 days for processing;
Sunflower Processing is possible after reaching the phase of 2-4 true leaves;
Tower cultures. Spraying can be started even after the fruits have appeared.
