Technical characteristics of the Claas Lexion 560 R automatic transmission system, 2006.
The six-cylinder "CATERPILLAR" engine with a volume of 7.2 liters and a capacity of 310 hp is installed on the combine. The volume of the hopper is 10,500 liters, and the speed of grain unloading from the hopper is 100 liters per second. The volume of the fuel tank, l 800.
The high productivity of the SAT Lexion 560R harvester is ensured by the design of the combined threshing-separating unit, which uses APS technology, threshing with subsequent cleaning in the Roto Plus rotary separator device. AUTO CONTOUR and LASER PILOT automated control systems allow the operator to focus on the main tasks!
CLAAS threshers use the advanced APS threshing-separating device. This principle of threshing ensures the acceleration of the movement of the bread mass thanks to the beater accelerator located in front of the threshing drum. After that, the speed of movement of the bread mass increases, and its supply becomes more uniform, and the thickness of the layer is reduced by a third. At the same time, the centrifugal forces acting on the mass increase, its separation through the under-drum grates, the area of which is almost doubled compared to single-drum threshing machines, is improved. Intensification of the threshing and separation process made it possible to increase the productivity of combines by 20%. The application of the APS concept has been tested in various harvesting conditions of grain and leguminous crops, rapeseed, corn, and sunflower. Even when harvesting in wet conditions or on weedy fields, a sufficient degree of separation is ensured.
