The name of the Alfa Laval company was changed to De Laval, and new DX / CE models and DX / CEM coolers were introduced. DX / CE is an oval tank with characteristic grooves on the outer metal sheet of the tank. Type DX / CEM does not have a characteristic cutout on the baking sheet, the shape is more like a circle.

Both models have a control panel for cooling and cleaning the chiller on the front of the tank. The device is separate and can be installed in the most suitable place. These models are very energy efficient and use 40% less water in the washing process. The cleaning process is also 60% shorter than in previous models. The large surface area of ​​the evaporator allows the use of class 2BII cooling tanks.
