Purpose:

Mechanism of action:
Alphalip Extra is an improved formula of nonylphenol ethoxylate, which belongs to the group of nonionic surfactants. The adhesive reduces the water-repellent properties of the surface of weeds, phytophagous insects and pathogenic fungi, which increases the contact of plant protection products with harmful objects. Improving the wetting of above-ground parts of plants (especially those with a strong wax coating or excessive pubescence) and increasing the retention of the working solution of pesticides contributes to faster and more complete penetration of active substances. This accelerates the action of herbicides, fungicides and insecticides, ensures their high efficiency and reliability. Surfactants are especially important during dry or cold weather, when the growth of weeds slows down, the activity of pests, pathogens and the penetration of the active ingredients of drugs deteriorates. The use of Alfalip Extra provides resistance to being washed away by precipitation, heavy dew and reducing losses due to evaporation and decomposition from photodegradation.

Properties:
Compatible in tank mixes with most pesticides, however, if in doubt, test mix. It is desirable to use the tank mixture immediately after preparation. Stable in a wide range of temperatures and pH environments.

General recommendations:
To prepare the working solution, pour the required amount of pesticide into the 1/3 filled tank of the sprayer with the mixing mode turned on. After 15 minutes, add Alfalip Extra surfactant and fill the tank with water. It is especially recommended for use with herbicides in arid conditions, when there are only moderately sensitive weeds to the applied herbicide and weeds in an overgrown or stressed state.
