The mechanism of action of Geox Fungicide:
Geox is a fungicide that contains an active ingredient to control pathogens that cause fruit rot.

Fludioxonil belongs to the phenylpyrroles, which are chemical analogues of the natural antifungal compound pyrrolnitrine and provide control of most types of rot.

Fludioxonil has a strong physiological effect on pathogenic fungi, it causes hyperpolarization of the membrane, changes in carbon metabolism and accumulation of metabolites, which leads to swelling and rupture of hyphae.
