The variety was created by the method of hybridization followed by individual and family selection. Purpose of the variety: obtaining edible oil andmeal for the production of mustard powder.

The height of the plant is up to 132 cm. The stem is rounded, 7-9 mm thick, on which 6-7 branches of the first order are placed. The duration of the growing season is 102 days. The inflorescence is a tassel 24-25 cm long. The fruit is a pod 9-11 cm long, which contains 3-4 round, light yellow seeds. Weight of 1,000 seeds - 3.5-4.0 g. Resistant to laying and shedding of seeds. Moderately resistant to pests and diseases.

Seed yield is 25.0 c/ha. The content of erucic acid in the oil is up to 15.6 μmol/g. The potential yield of the variety is more than 30.5 t/ha.

The variety is included in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine and is allowed to be grown in the Steppe, Forest Steppe and Polissia.
