Pleven (FAO 270) - a powerful mid-early corn hybrid from Maisadour Semans (France), allows obtaining up to 130 t/ha of grain yield. The type of grain is siliceous-dentate, the weight of 1000 seeds is 300 g. During the three previous years of cultivation in Ukraine, it proved to be a consistently productive hybrid in changing weather conditions. Pleven quickly adapts to the soil, but shows maximum productivity with the correct feeding scheme with microfertilizers.
