Tyler systemic-contact fungicide is produced in the form of a wettable powder, which solution is used to treat vegetable crops and vineyards.
Action of fungicide Tyler
The drug is created on the basis of two active substances Metalaxyl and Mankotseb, which affect the pathogen and protect the plant in two different ways. Metalaxyl is actively absorbed by the plant, quickly spreads through it, including roots and fruits. It affects the synthesis of ribosomal DNA, which leads to the cessation of the production of protein by the cells of the pathogen. Mancozeb settles on the surface of the plant and prevents the transfer of
fungal spores from diseased plants to treated plants and prevents the emergence of resistance. Tyler is effective not only for preventive purposes, it is also used on severely affected areas during the period of active vegetation. The drug is sprayed on dry surfaces in the morning or evening. The drug is absorbed within 30 minutes, and Mankotseb is very resistant to washing off with doshas. Therefore, precipitation that will pass a few hours after spraying the drug will not affect the effectiveness of the fungicide. During the season, for the purposes of prevention, you can carry out 2-3 sprayings of the drug with an interval of 10-20 days.
