The multi-functional machine is ideal for processing apples with sizes
from 55 to 90 mm Ø. It is easy to use, the tools for cutting, segmenting and choosing the core can be replaced easily and very quickly. Up to 6 apples can be processed simultaneously. Various knives and nozzles for cutting apples into slices, rings and cubes are offered. Simple maintenance, labor safety due to the installed casing.
Processing stages:
1. Installing theapple on the pin.
2. Automatic peeling and cutting into rings.
3. Selecting the core from the fruit and, if desired, cutting it into slices using a star knife.

A variety of cutting tools are available:

- wedge-shaped stars for core removal and cutting into 2/3/4/6/8/10/12/16/24 lobes with a core cutting diameter of 20/23 mm:
- 3.5/4.5/5.5/7.5/10/14 and 20 mm sets of knives for cutting rings:
- 20 and 23 mm separate tubes for removing the core and a plug for removing the fetus:

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel. It was specially designed for simple maintenance, easy and efficient cleaning and, therefore, is best suited for professional use.
