The composition of
skimmed milk skimmed milk includes practically the same vitamin-mineral complex as
whole milk powder with the only difference being that the latter product has higher fat content. However, skimmed milk contains useful natural compounds - vitamins A, groups B and PP, C, E, D, H. In addition, it contains manganese, selenium, iodine, iron, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and other substances.
