Vaccine against viral enteritis for geese 90 doses in a Borka bottle
Composition:
each dose of the vaccine contains: live virus of viral enteritis of geese, stamp BBS-99, filler.
Pharmaceutical form:
lyophilizate
Immunobiological properties:
The vaccine induces immunity in
birds against viral enteritis of geese. In day-old goslings obtained from unvaccinated parental herds, immunity is formed 10-14 days after vaccination and persists until age-related resistance appears (up to 25 days of age). In adult geese, a protective titer of humoral antibodies appears 21 days after vaccination and persists for 3.5 - 4 months of the productive period, which allows obtaining geese resistant to viral enteritis.
Kind of animals:
geese.
Indications for use:
the vaccine is used for prophylactic purposes in goose farms suffering from enteritis for immunization of clinically healthy birds. When using the parent flock of geese for more than 4 months of the productive period, revaccination is carried out 3-3.5 months after the last vaccination.
Contraindications:
It is forbidden to vaccinate sick geese or goslings.
Precautions:
If the integrity of the bottle is violated, the label is missing, the color of the tablet changes, foreign inclusions are present in the bottle, the vaccine mold is missing. It is forbidden to use the drug after the expiry date or if the storage temperature regime is not observed. Heating the vaccine above +30 degrees is not allowed.
Interaction with other means:
Antibiotics and sulfonamides should not be used during the vaccination period.
Special instructions for egg production:
If necessary, vaccination is allowed during the egg-laying period. When used during the egg-laying period, a short-term decrease in egg production is possible, for the prevention of which anti-stress drugs are used. Eggs obtained from the parent herd vaccinated during the egg-laying period should be used for incubation no earlier than 2 weeks after vaccination.
Method of application and dosage:
geese are vaccinated intramuscularly according to the following scheme:
