Advantages: 1. Durable light frame 160*160*10mm made of low-alloyed and fine-grained steel of the Lemken reversible plow ensures a long service life of the plow and minimal operating costs; 2. The possibility of disconnecting the last body and changing the grip width of each body from 33, 38, 44 to 50 mm allows optimal adaptation to different soils and tractor power; 3. A large distance between the bodies (100 cm) and a clearance under the frame of 80 cm provide a high throughput of plant remains; 4. The Lemken reversible plow has a movable head of the plow coupling device and a long transport drawbar, which allow turning at an angle of up to 90°, which provides the Lemken plow with high maneuverability and productivity; 5. Universal front plows allow you to qualitatively plow plant residues into the soil, leveling the surface and creating optimal conditions for the next sowing at a given depth; 6. The Lemken reversible plow is supplied with a mechanical (shear screw - basic equipment), hydraulic (on request) protection system against overloads of continuous action or a spring protection mechanism. 7. To carry out sowing immediately after plowing, it is possible to retrofit the reversible plow with a double roller VarioPak with an automatic disconnection-connection system at the edge of the field when turning; 8. Strong and thick-walled square tube 160x160x10 mm, made of micro-alloyed fine-grained special steel, is a strong base for the frame.(//tractor-service.com)
9. The traction point is pre-set and is located in front of the lower linkage system. 10. Regulation of the working depth of the plows is established without the use of tools with the help of a driving pin. 11. DuraMaxx shelves made of special hardened steel with a wear-resistant shape have no bolts in the main wear zone. They are characterized by extremely low wear, soil adhesion and low traction. Replacement of crankcase assemblies is quick (5 times faster than others) and without tools (locks). The forelegs are also easily adjustable. 12. In order to protect against damage, the hydraulic hoses connecting to the tractor are placed in a tarpaulin sleeve. 13. The tool box is already installed on the frame. 14. The tillage depth is adjusted in front by means of a three-point hitch system of the tractor, and in the back by means of a hydraulically adjustable supportwheel with a hammer pin. 15. The possibility of the plow working outside the furrow thanks to the “on-land” system/ 16. The presence of side knives ensures cutting the furrow and, accordingly, reducing the fuel consumption of the tractor 17. Thanks to the propeller, the width of the grip of the first body can be adjusted in a matter of minutes. 18. The possibility of stepless hydraulic adjustment of the width of the plow (Vario option) 19. The possibility of smooth protection against overloads HYDROMATIC (option) makes it possible to adjust from the tractor cabin depending on the type of soil. 20. Safe road transport thanks to the wide depth control wheel. 21. Adjustment of the inclination is carried out quickly with the help of 2 screws. 22. The axle of category 3 and 4 hitch is through and spring-loaded, which protects the tractor hitch from jolts.
