Pests and diseases: Quercus rubra is resistant to pests and diseases. It can be affected by powdery mildew, green oak leafworm, fruit moth, necrosis of branches and trunks. To protect the plant from diseases and fungal infections, it is necessary to treatplants with fungicides (Skor, Switch, Maxim, Ordan, Horus, Quadris, Radomil Gold, etc.). Of course, it is better that the "diagnosis" is made by a specialist. But as a rule, a modern gardener with the help of the Internet can independently identify the enemy and correctly choose the methods and means of plant protection.
