Mats from porous, foamed rubber
Porous rubber (sponge rubber) is a porous material based on hard rubbers or latexes, which has shock-absorbing, heat- and sound-insulating, and sealing properties.
Porous rubber can be called in different ways: foam rubber, sponge rubber, porous technical plate, cellular rubber.
The cellular material is intended for work at temperatures from -50 to 50 °C.
The material is made from resins based on chloroprene rubber in the form of plates.
Mat thickness: 8mm, 10mm, 16mm
Mat size: 680x680mm, 1000x2000mm
Porous rubber has a wide range of applications:
Sealing material:
- sealing of detachable connections;(//tractor-service.com)
- in the locks of cassettes for fastening cable tracks
- sealing of doors in control stations
- in the production of fuel tanks.
Shock-absorbing and vibration-isolating material:
- for hoods of diesel engines;
- in mechanical engineering and instrumentation, aircraft construction.
Soundproofing material
Padding material:
- laying on metal sheets and frames
Thermal insulating material
Packaging material:
- to prevent impacts during transportation
