Vacuum massager MM-900, Cherkasy region.

Massage it is carried out by evenly mixing the meat inside a rotating drum, the meat fibers are well impregnated with brine and spices, while the structure of tissues and protein compounds is not disturbed, the pieces of meat retain their integrity, which improves their color and composition on the cut. All parts of the meat massager that come into contact with products are made of stainless steel. The high efficiency of the salt is ensured by a significant amount of vacuum, which is created due to the work of special vacuum processors, which is created due to the work of special vacuum processors, which are equipped with vacuum meat massagers. - execution from acid-resistant steel; - accurately calculated drum configuration and drum blade system; - microprocessor control panel; - smooth adjustment of all massage parameters, possibility of "pause"; - a vacuum adjustment system that does not require maintenance; - multi-stage vacuum protection system-pump; Drum volume \ l 900Maximum load (kg) -500 Drum revolutions (1\ min) 0-9 Achievable vacuum (%) 95 Dimensions width\depth\height (mm) 1350x2100x1600 Power of the drum motor (kW) 2.2 Power of the vacuum pump motor (kW) 1.1 Productivity of the vacuum pump (m3\times) 21 Supply voltage (V) 380 Frequency (Hz) 60 Mass (kg) 650
