KZK 6-04, cutting mulcher, shredder of plant residues, Cherkasy region.

Each rink consists of a water-filled section with working organs - knives. Each rink has plugs for filling and draining water. Here the roller is installed on two bearings.
The frame consists of three hinged parts. Such a design provides the possibility of folding the roller for transportation. In the transport position, the folded frame is fixed with rods.
A hydraulic cylinder is intended for overturning the roller when it is transferred to the working or transport position. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor with the help of two hydraulic hoses and quick-disconnect couplings. Hydraulic hoses are connected to the hydraulic cylinder by fittings. Each of the fittings has a throttle - a calibrated hole with a diameter of 1.6 mm for the passage of oil. The throttle provides a reduction in the speed of movement of the cylinder rod.
The rink is attached to the tractor with the help of a drawbar. A support and a safety chain are placed in the front part of the drawbar. The support in the vertical and transport positions is fixed with a finger with a latch.
Twowheels serve for transporting the rink. The wheels rotate on roller bearings.
